Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LINIA ("Service"), operated by the owner of linia.my ("we", "us", or "our"). By registering for or using LINIA, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
LINIA is a cloud-based queue management platform that allows businesses to manage customer queues via QR codes, web push notifications, and a staff dashboard. The Service is available via subscription plans (Basic, Standard, Premium) as described on our pricing page.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of yourself or your business to use this Service.
3. Account Registration
- You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Notify us immediately at support@redza.net if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
4. Subscription Plans and Payment
4.1 Plans
LINIA offers three tiers:
- Basic: RM 29/month. Core queue features, 1 staff account.
- Standard: RM 69/month. Up to 2 staff, customer database, analytics.
- Premium: Contact Us. Unlimited staff, multi-branch, custom domain.
4.2 Billing
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance.
- Payments are processed via our third-party payment provider. We do not store your full card details.
- All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are exclusive of any applicable taxes.
4.3 Upgrades and Downgrades
- You may upgrade your plan at any time; the new rate applies from the next billing cycle.
- Downgrading may result in loss of access to features available on higher tiers.
4.4 Free Trial
- New subscribers receive a 14-day free trial.
- No charge is made during the trial period. Billing begins on day 15 unless cancelled beforehand.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.
- Upon cancellation, you retain access to the Service until the end of the current billing period.
- We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused periods, except where required by applicable Malaysian consumer protection law.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use LINIA to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation, including the PDPA 2010
- Collect or store personal data of your customers beyond what is necessary for queue management
- Distribute spam, malware, or any harmful content
- Reverse engineer, copy, or resell any part of the platform
- Impersonate another person or business
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
7. Customer Data and Privacy
- As a business operator, you are the data controller for personal data collected from your customers through LINIA.
- You are responsible for ensuring your use of customer data complies with the PDPA 2010 and any other applicable laws.
- We act as a data processor on your behalf for customer queue data.

8. Intellectual Property
- LINIA, including its design, code, branding, and content, is owned by us and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
- We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your internal business purposes.
- You retain ownership of any content or data you upload to the platform.
9. White-Label and Custom Domain (Premium)
Premium subscribers may use the custom domain and white-label branding features subject to:
- Providing a domain they legitimately own or control
- Not using LINIA branding in a way that implies endorsement without our written consent
- Compliance with all other Terms herein
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
- Our total cumulative liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
- We are not responsible for losses caused by third-party service outages.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
